OVERVIEW
This website and online store are operated by PPF LLC. Throughout these Terms of Service, “PPF,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PPF LLC.
These Terms govern access to and use of eupostprofix.com, its content, features, products, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By accessing the Services or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Return Policy. If these Terms are not accepted, the Services should not be used.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
Customers must be at least the age of majority in their place of residence or use the Services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Information provided when browsing, registering, or ordering must be accurate, current, and complete.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or licensed to another person without authorization.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, images, availability, and prices accurately.
Product appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, or normal production variations.
We may correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, or discontinue products. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.
SECTION 3 — GENERAL WELLNESS INFORMATION
PPF products are consumer wearables and are not medical devices.
Product descriptions and other website content provide general product and wellness information. They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage a disease, injury, or medical condition.
No product is represented as producing guaranteed health, pain-relief, posture-correction, therapeutic, or permanent physical results. Individual fit, comfort, preferences, and experiences vary.
Customers should follow the provided product instructions and discontinue use if pain, numbness, irritation, restricted breathing, or other discomfort occurs.
A qualified healthcare professional should be consulted before use when a customer has an existing medical condition, recent injury or surgery, an implanted medical device, pregnancy-related concerns, or uncertainty about whether the product is suitable.
SECTION 4 — ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, inventory shortages, pricing errors, legal restrictions, or misuse of the Services.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the affected payment will be refunded.
Customers must review order information carefully before submitting it. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after processing or fulfillment has begun.
Products are sold for lawful personal or household use unless we expressly agree otherwise.
SECTION 5 — PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The applicable product price is the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error.
Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable costs will be displayed where required or described in the relevant store policies.
Customers represent that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that the billing information is accurate.
SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing times, estimated delivery windows, tracking procedures, and international-shipping information are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, remote destinations, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return eligibility, the 45-day return period, opened-product requirements, refund procedures, and return-shipping responsibilities are described in our Refund and Return Policy.
Our voluntary return policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The original text, branding, logos, graphics, images, videos, design elements, and other content appearing through the Services are owned by or licensed to PPF LLC and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Shopify and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 9 — REVIEWS AND USER SUBMISSIONS
Reviews, photographs, comments, and other submissions must represent genuine experiences and must not be false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing.
Customers must clearly disclose any material connection associated with a review, including compensation, a free product, a discount, or another incentive.
Submitting content grants PPF LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, adapt, and use that content in connection with the business, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms. We will not condition an incentive on the submission of a positive review or a particular opinion.
SECTION 10 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services are powered by Shopify and may use other third-party providers for payment processing, analytics, fulfillment, communications, advertising, and related functions.
Third-party tools, links, and services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. PPF LLC is not responsible for websites or services it does not control.
Purchases from this store are made from PPF LLC, not Shopify.
SECTION 11 — PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information may also be processed by Shopify and relevant service providers to operate and improve the Services, process transactions, prevent fraud, and perform other functions described in the Privacy Policy.
SECTION 12 — PROHIBITED CONDUCT
The Services may not be used to:
• Violate applicable law;
• Commit fraud or submit unauthorized transactions;
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• Impersonate another person;
• Transmit malicious software or harmful code;
• Send spam or deceptive communications;
• Collect personal information unlawfully;
• Disrupt or bypass security controls;
• Make false or misleading submissions; or
• Interfere with another person’s lawful use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access when these Terms are violated.
SECTION 13 — ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate information, or omissions concerning product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or availability.
We may correct errors and update information. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will provide notice and an appropriate remedy as required by law.
SECTION 14 — DISCLAIMER
To the extent permitted by law, the website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that access to the website will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
SECTION 15 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, PPF LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss resulting from the use of the Services or products.
Where permitted by law, our aggregate liability concerning a product will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
SECTION 16 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to indemnify PPF LLC against third-party claims resulting from their unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
SECTION 17 — TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when a customer materially violates these Terms or uses the Services unlawfully.
Obligations and provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
SECTION 19 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them constitute the agreement between the customer and PPF LLC concerning use of the Services.
SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT
Customers may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.
We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or other lawful business transaction, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where PPF LLC is established.
This provision does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country, state, or place of residence. Disputes may be heard by any court that has lawful jurisdiction.
SECTION 22 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or service changes.
The updated version and revision date will be posted on this page. Material changes will apply prospectively and notice will be provided where required by law.
